we all have to face the truth someday

it's been a very long hiatus. exams are over, and i hope i wont do as badly as i cld possibly imagine. i am just so done with exams. just one last paper nx sem and i will say hello to the world without exams. as the days pass by, i feel more and more on my toes somehow, afraid of come what may in the corporate world, and whether i can even secure a 'good' job in this time of world crisis. this is obviously the last [school] holidays i have. so i am gonna enjoy it while i can =) amidst what has to be done for fyp. i shudder to think that the whole fyp is going to materialise. how is that going to happen. *wonder*

so the past week has been pretty much of slacking. on monday, darling & i went to celebrate our 8th mth anniversary. =) we were supposed to eat at Jack's place but not enough time when i rushed down after mailing parcels so we just went ahead with the movie Body of lies, which was just so-so.. very simplified and nothing compared to 24! haha which sadly, we have just finished season 6. season 7 only coming nx jan.. no more jacky bauer the superman in the meantime... haha. but anyway we had jack's place on thursday at sengkang instead. the student meal abit pathetic lor. this week alot of sinful food, KFC, jack's place, chicken wings, chomp chomp... its time for the weekly swim. i managed to do 9 laps when the target was only 5 last week. my stamina is damn bad la, but hope that it will get better. haa. if i dont exercise, darling will nag at me... =(

and i have also finished gossip girl season 1. not my favourite ending i would say. this is, i think, a picture from season 2. the bandage dress is super hot. love her shoes too. just that day at bugis with wenxin i found this slouchy grey suede boots but there was this spoiler ribbon tie part which i din like, and of cuz the price... it will be cheaper if i buy from US site.. even with shipping i guess.

and i also tried on the exact replica of this boots at bugis! i was so stunned to see it ahha.. just that the one i tried was black.. but its knee high.. really cool but i will have to wear a really short skirt or dress otherwise i will have no legs. haha.

these platforms are reallly hot. love the hot pink contrast with black but they are a staggerin 5" back heel and 1" front platform. i dont know if it will just become a white elephant in my closet. abit of love-hate relationship with it. but anyway its oos for my size ahaha.
