you treat me like a rose

howie just did the sweetest thing
he met up with me for lunch, brought healthy homesome home-cooked aglio olio (without salt & lots of chili), grapes and a stalk of pretty blossomed dark red rose with a card. i always wanted to receive flowers at the office, it seems so romantic haha.
it dawned on me this scene seemed to come out right from the korean movie My Sassy Girl! jeon ji hyun's character had asked the guy to bring her a rose when she was in school playing the piano, and he placed the rose inside this metal tin pretending to be a packed food delivery guy.
i thought it was my own version of that particular sweet moment from that movie ;)

Thanks baby. it was a very thoughtful, and sweet gesture.
my first rose from you, and it is one that i wished would never have to wither.
looking at the rose just makes me smile.

goodbye or see you,
I'll be your best kept secret or your biggest mistake.
