its friday i'm in love

as with all the friday nights i have spent since coming to ntu, i am in a super nua mode
dont feel like doing anything...
just being alone doing my own things, say put on a mask, reading magazine or slacking infront of the tv is gd enough for me...

alot has changed in my life just within 1 year or so, and sometimes i just wonder to what extent are our destinies planned, or do we have all the control within our hands. to what extent do circumstances play a part? how do we justify the people we meet? by chance? opportunity? fate? sometimes i wish i could talk to God directly and ask him a zillion questions.

the economy is so so bad now. sigh, our batch also so unlucky one. everytime good economy all along, but once we are going to graduate then economy will enter recession. are we cursed or what. i want to find a good job!!! i want my LV noe!!! (looks like noel right with all the exclamation!) i want a real LV wallet! hahah...

anyway today i successfully stuck on false eyelashies from The Face Shop.. pretty good and easy.. just abit weird feeling and abit heavy.. maybe need to get use to it.. but makes my eyes like damn big and black. 1st time in my life i got so much lashes hahaha... surprisingly noel noticed it b4 i said anyting.. quite amazing cuz most guys will be not notice such changes in their gf.. they will prolly go 'huh got what difference?' even aft u tell them.

anyway!!! i am damn happy cuz after the booties spree i joined went OOS on me, i managed to dig up another spree!! yay. and now the 1st spree organiser offered me 10% discount and free reg mail for my next order to compensate me.. so its another good 2-3 weeks wait for my ninewest inspired booties so i hope it will be a well worth wait.

also aiming for the oxfords next tho they are similar in some tiny aspects (both are boots la) but one is pointed, one is round. and the texture also very different. i have been very interested in tan shoes nowadays but i just cant convince myself that i shd get brown oxfords cuz black ones are much easier to match and much classier.

i dont know what i can match them with but they look a great deal vintagey and i heard nude shoes tend to make ur legs look longer. ok, i know nude and tan are different.. whatever! forgot to mention i saw a really great pair of heels from Aldo that day, think its $139. but still i am a converted fan of Zara shoes now. i will buy one pair of zara heels with my very first pay check, how about that?

i love how the manual toy like cameras nowadays give such a saturated look when cross processed. i wld really like to use my vivitar but the weather has been sucky. my fav pic is the one with the pair of feet on the sand. if i ever go to maldives, i will definitely bring my vivitar camera. or maybe a holga by then cuz can do multiple exposures.

and i really reallly love American Apparel now. i love the models, i love the clothes, and best of all i love how they have reviews from customers, so i know which items are fab, which suck, what size is good, etc..

her hair color is super nice, i want! and the skater dress is really pretty but i am damn scared it will look like a ballet dress or swimsuit in real life cuz the material is nylon. plus i like the peach color too so again its die-leee-maaa

i totally heart this dress.... from the front it looks like a normal tee shirt dress...

but look at the low back...and it hugs your every curve!

(sorry for the small pic, best i cld find) and its drop dead gorgeous.. subtly sexy. hard time choosing between the red/maroon one and black. but in the end i chose black cuz i find myself wearing alot of colors recently and i cant seem to find all my black clothes... plus black is still my fav color and most flattering as well. this dress would work well for office wear if paired with a blazer i suppose.

i love the satin shoes! and this model used to be from wetseal.. dont know why now shes modelling for F21.. haha maybe they poached her. in any case i find her really pretty, and she does suit the style of F21 too.. wetseal isnt so glitzy and glam nowadays.. dont quite like their stuff anymore.

like this but prolly too big for me. the color combi are very striking though. and the pleats are a very nice add-on.

and yeah lucky i didnt continue my ebay bid for the real leather skirt. it eventually rose to USD41 excluding shipping. and i found this alternative glossy leather looking one at f21 at USD14.80 only. its already OOS when i checked today. gosh, lucky i was fast but hope my order is in.

i am usually not a bag loving girl but recently bags have caught much of my attention. i especially love glossy patent bags. The bags above seem very YSL to me.. in this case the beige one looks especially attractive and striking and classier than black. slightly mature too. one of the rare times that i would think that black loses out. and i super love gold bag tags and zippers.

these ones, at first glance, i really liked them (they are Jimmy choo inspired) but somehow its wearing off.. maybe its the thick chunky gold chain but it looks cheap now. i think i would have

much preferred them without it.
