trying to be more optimistic well well well so much time has passed yet again. as much as i would love to go back to my frequent updates, i just dont have the a) time and b) energy. so tired and lazy all because of 3 letters - FYP. its really a fucking yucky project. i hate to do fyp!! these 2 weeks especially have been so stressful for us.. we had to source for goodie bag sponsors and thankfully managed to get some after dont know how many emails and calls. BUT problem is we dont have any sponsors for the paper bag! diao, still trying to get Nivea to sponsor.. hopefully something will come up if not we have to buy them or something! and there's still alot of things not handled, not to mention that we are seriously lacking participants for the run, so here's a very shameless but who cares plug about our FYP event (dont even ask me how we are going to write the report and presentation and get a good grade without media coverage)...  incase the text on the poster is tooo small here.. Its the INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY RUN 2009, organized in a collaboration with Singapore Council of Women's Organizations, all happening on the 1st of March 2009 at Bedok Reservoir Park. There are air tickets to be won as well so do try to run faster :D Its all for a good cause (ie. to celebrate IWD, to help my fyp) so please sign up with your friends (only at $12 per head if you sign up with 4 other friends)!! Do help to disseminate this information to your other friends or whoever you know might be interested in runs k?? :) So anyway lets pause for a moment and stop yanking about fyp! Anyway Chinese New Year also passed by so darn quickly :( i always look forward to the reunion dinner and this year, we had a guest! hahaha, my darling came after my reunion dinner to see me, cuz i was gg away to mysia for CNY and he sun-bian bai nian to my family! it was the 2nd time they saw him, the 1st being the saturday before cny eve when he and yan surprised us by cycling all the way from kovan to the market to find me. that was a sweet gesture hehe. and he almost got killed acc to yan :( cycling on roads is quite dangerous i feel! but anyway my mum seems to be friendly towards him and even talked to him etc. and then on the 2nd day of CNY i came back with my cousin while my mum and sister they all went to malacca to visit other relatives. only my dad was at home and he slpt early as usual so i decided to ask darling over for a sneaky stay over haha. :X it was really an exciting night and memorable as he is the very first bf to come my house for so many times in a week (he also came to celebrate lil isaac's 2nd birthday on 30th jan) and to stay over. but the poor man (usually people say the poor boy, but my bf is abit too old for the word boy! haha but i am sure he wouldnt agree!) din sleep well cuz he was freaked out by my father who woke up at 1am to switch on tv for a few mins and then subsequently paying attention to any little noise while i slpt like a pig as usual. haha den the nx morning aft my dad went out we also went to eat mac breakfast.. so yeah that was the very eventful and memorable stayover. my sister will be getting me a wallet nx month when she gets her 5-figure profit from her sale of a house! hehe. LV is abit of out my league with her $300 or so budget so i will settle for coach instead :D but we will probably get her friend to buy from US cuz it costs freaking $550 or so for the wallet at the coach store in singapore but only USD$248. Well, the coach wallets had to take airplanes here too i guess so we are paying for the taxes and their delivery to SG haha. So these are the ones i am deliberating over, do help me make a choice by tagging me: Number 1. metallic shimmery beige envelope wallet   i like the outside but really hate the inner sweet pink compartments. in my opinion they dont match at all and i hate this shade of pink! eew. makes me seem like some pink-ish girl. :( thats the reason i dont like this wallet. but the shimmery outside is really pretty in real life. No 2. Tan envelope wallet  after a while this one seems abit mature and was definitely very dull looking when i saw it in the coach store. and has the same annoying sweet pink interior. eew. No 3. monochrome zip around wallet   didnt really notice this much but now it has caught my eye cuz of the hot pink interior and the fact tht its black and zip around. its very french chic. only thing is it looks abit cheapo cuz it has fabric lining along the sides. but the more i look at these 3 choices the more i like this one. :D  nice right this coach bag, but i know that it prob looks less nice in real, probably not as white and bright.. its all the photoshop n photography effect!! but makes me want the bag so badly but nono i must remember that i am after the LV noe! Have to pause to complain that my left shoulder is hurting like a bitch just now but thanks to my sister's marvellous elbow massage, (which almost killed me cuz it was kinda painful and uncomfortable whenever she ventured near my 'funny back') i now feel better. hopefully a good sleep tonight will ease all the pain. sigh! its another sign that i m growing old! :( So anyway i got this marvellous mesh see-through dress from AA. its always hard to resist AA though their stuff are so freaking expensive by online standards. usually i will feel the pinch just having to shell out USD24.80 or even 19.80 for F21 items but for AA somehow the quality and mileage that i have gotten so far, more than justifies the price that i have to pay. Just treat this as my ang pow purchase :D    so hot right!! but of course i am not wearing it with nothing underneath. what i want is of cuz the sleeves part to remain sheer so i will prob wear a black tube inside.   kinda like this but of course not with my panties playing peekaboo some photos from long ago:  guess where i saw this movie ad! in the toilet of one of the shopping centres at orchard... its a mirror cum ad space. quite brilliant but also shows how invasive advertising has become.  my AA skater dress. tried wearing this once before without any leggings or shorts underneath and it was really a mistake cuz it kept flying up and threatening to expose my underwear :( its not that short but its just cuz its flare.         ebay stuff that i am fascinated with but no $$ to bid for.  oh i love this ! from asos more AA stuff. the baby girl is toooo cute not to post! i want her hair color. so envious. haha  into berets, and hats now. siting said before the black hat is very english funeral. haha. but i still love it. but i need long long hair cuz no1 wears big hats with short hair! but officially i can say that i have long hair now cuz its way past my shoulders yay! but its gonna be a long time before it grows till the mid of my back, and i am still considering cutting bangs again cuz i hate my fringe now! :(   with bangs? without? dieeeleemaaa    sushi tei yummy. i love the sashimi salad. craving for sushi now!  just to show my leather jacket haha from taiwan spree. i love it!  an all sequins dress? that day noel said to me that i am the kind of person who would rather trouble herself than to trouble others. when i heard tht sentence i was kinda surprised becuz he wasnt the first to have said something like this before.. zhiwei used to say that too and it got me thking whether i am really like that? though i dont really see myself as that way as i dont see myself as being a particularly nice person, you know, some people are really nice and they will always help u before they thk of themselves etc, i am not that nice. and i nv really thought of myself as someone who wld rather be troubled than to bother others. this post is really long, i actually composed it from end of last month till today cuz sometimes i run out of time, or i am just lazy to continue to compose it but IT MUST BE POSTED TODAY! hahaha.. im really tired of fyp. darling moved out of hall yest, so sad.. now on he wont be there and we probably wont be able to see each other much except sat! no1 more downloading of moobies, cuddling after class, and accompanying me to can 2 to post my parcels.. booo... very soon it will be my turn to move out of hall 12... :( goodbye or see you, I'll be your best kept secret or your biggest mistake. 0 wore their hearts on their sleeves <$BlogItemCommentCount$> Comments:<$BlogCommentBody$> By <$BlogCommentAuthor$>, at <$BlogCommentDateTime$> <$BlogCommentDeleteIcon$> |
