shrugs.

last night i reflected on the sort of person i am. i just cannot bring myself to put in more efforts in a stagnant situation. i wished so long ago we could all click well.. but then i already know its difficult, perhaps impossible. i grew up in a diff environment. i was raised to not give a damn who had what opinion abt me.. okay not say i was raised to. but i myself just grew up that way. or born like that. i think i have done sufficient. i just wanted to spend time tog ourselves.. i dont see whats wrong with that.. being thot that i am anti-social, well, i have no explanation for that i guess. with all the comments that i am fierce, dao, whatever when i dont smile etc, i am long used to hearing such similar adjectives used to describe me. my own sister says i am arrogant at times. i think maybe i agree. sometimes my pride can get abit too strong. most ppl dont like to admit that they are wrong. but at least i m not as extreme as my father. i know when to say sorry, i was wrong. but this time, i feel so accused and wronged.

i do want to know them better. but i dont like being expected and invited for so many times. it puts pressure on me. its not fun eating dinner and feeling like i have really nothing to contribute to the conversation, and wishing that i dont behave stupidly or mess up so that i look bad infront of ppl i ought to be impressing. its not a comfortable situation. its just a matter of preference. and i am just like that i dont make or force myself to go "entertain" (for lack of a better word) or maybe interact (i guess this mite be better) people that i dont seem to have any affinity with, or whom i find no topics to talk abt with. i know this may be bad sometimes. but i am bad with strangers. i dn mean just u duno them kinda strangers. but also those when u are forced to be in the same environment or situation, even tho u know them, but u just clueless abt what to talk abt. i am really bad at this small talk thing to start knowing others.

haiz. i dunno how. after yest, i think i will be even more awkward when i see them next time. and i thk i cant face them for some time to come. knowing that they think i am antisocial. wic i haf to admit, i do avoid them. but its just my character to behave this way. i am sorry. but u have to accept me that i am born this way. some tings just cannot be changed. but i promise i will try.

Signing off,
no more ink.
